Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Onion large sliced 1
  • Steamed Peas 1 cup
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric paste 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 6 whole
  • Dill (chopped) 1/2 bunch
  • Potatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Fry onions with whole mixed spices till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder and salt. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add minced meat, mix well and cover with lid for 10 minutes.
  5. Add 1 cup water and add chopped dill, potatoes and steamed peas.
  6. Cover with lid and allow it to cook till potatoes are tender.
  7. Dish out!
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice powder over it.
  9. Serve with naan or roti.
