Former President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday took a swipe at the PTI-led government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, saying he has seen no ‘change’ during his 5-day visit to Peshawar.
He made the observation during a visit to the residence of veteran ANP leader Ghulam Ahmed Bilour in Peshawar.
“I have long association with KPK and Peshawar. Ghulam Ahmed Bilour sahab has been a friend of my father,” Zardari said on his first visit to Peshwar ever since the martyrdom of Benazir Bhutto in a bomb and gun attack in December 2007.
“I have learned a lot about politics and current affairs from Bilour sahab. I have been encouraged by the warm reception I got from my Pashtun brothers,” he said.
To a question, he said he has seen no change in Peshawar.
