India Stands Firmly Against ‘Mutual’ Discussion During SAARC

As the news of Indian Home Minister’s visit to Pakistan went viral, Shiv Sena activists found another reason to protest and once again express their hatred for their neighboring country.
Rajnath Singh, the current Indian Home Minister will be the first one to visit Pakistan after Narendra Modi’s drop-by in Pakistan in December 2015.
Preparations for the 19th SAARC summit are underway and because India holds the SAARC membership, therefore Rajnath Singh’s presence in the meeting would be mandatory. Upon the approach of the summit, Jamatud Dawa’s chief Hafiz Saeed has given the notice of countrywide protests regarding the visit of the Indian Home Minister.
During the Indian parliament session, issues regarding Rajnath’s security amid his visit to Pakistan are discussed and all the possibilities of meetings of mutual concern among the Pakistani and Indian home minister are eliminated by the Minister of State for Home Affairs Kieren Rijiju, emphasizing only on the multilateral meeting, SAARC summit is considered as. Also, Kieren Bijiju has stressed upon the Singh’s security and if any mishap occurs, then Pakistan will straight be held responsible for it.
According to the official sources, that India stands against the mutual discussion during SAARC and does not feel like this is the right time for any bilateral meeting to be conducted among the two Home Ministers.
Since the Kashmir issue has gained massive attention and it needs to be right away resolved for the establishment of peace between the two countries. The official sources have further added that the Indian delegation has been curtailed and the information regarding the recent attacks in Kashmir has not been delivered to Islamabad; which may cause the stir of the fissure.
