Crispy Krunch Finger Fish



  1. Boneless fish fingers: ½ kg
  2. Salt: 1 tsp leveled
  1. Black pepper: ½ tsp
  1. Chili powder: 1 tsp
  1. Egg: 1
  1. Vinegar: 2 to 3 tbsp
  1. Flour: 2 tbsp
  1. Mustard powder: ½ tsp
  1. Bread crumbs as required


  1. Mix all the above listed items together EXCEPT egg & bread crumbs.
  2. Allow your fish strips to marinate for 45 minutes.
  3. Later, beat an egg  and dip each fish fillet in them.
  4. Now roll the fillets on bread crumbs properly and fry them in heated oil until the color transforms to crisp golden.
  5. Serve hot with fries and ketchup.
