WHITE VINEGAR

Vinegar is a great friend in the fight against dandruff, it contains acetic acid which makes the environment of the scalp not suitable for the growth of bacteria and fungi. To apply, take a part of vinegar and mix with one or two parts of water. Use this mixture to rinse the hair abundantly and let the mixture act for 15 minutes. After this time, wash your hair with shampoo and plenty of water. You can even apply vinegar directly on the hair and then wrap it in a towel and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your hair with your shampoo. With vinegar you can control dandruff very much.

OLIVE OIL

There are different reasons for the appearance of dandruff, one of them is that the scalp can be very dry. In this case, the use of olive oil regularly over the entire area of the scalp can keep it away from dryness and desquamation.

Heat a little olive oil until lightly warm. Then, use it to massage your scalp with the fingertips, and finally wrap it in a towel for half an hour. After this time brush your hair well to loosen the skin flakes and then wash your hair with your shampoo. Finally condition your hair.

LEMON

Lemon contains very useful acids to get rid of the fungi and yeasts that cause dandruff. Squeeze a lemon and use it to massage your scalp. Leave it on for about 15 minutes and then wash your hair with shampoo. Finally, use a conditioner. In addition to getting rid of dandruff, you will have much brighter hair. This method needs you to repeat it daily until your dandruff disappears completely.

SODIUM BICARBONATE

When dandruff is caused by hyperactive fungi, these can be controlled through the use of sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate changes the pH level and contributes to the production of natural oils in the skin of the scalp, avoiding the dryness caused by dandruff. Use it regularly, moisten the scalp with water and then rub a handful of baking soda over the surface of the head.

Another way to use sodium bicarbonate to remove dandruff is to mix a small amount of this in your shampoo and use it regularly.
