In the opinion article, a senior government official says that a large group of officials working for Trump are trying to contain and “frustrate” some of the president’s impulses.
US President Donald Trump, on Wednesday (05.09.2018) described as “cowardly” the opinion piece in which a senior official of his government harshly criticized him anonymously in The New York Times , while the spokeswoman of the White House, Sarah Sanders, demanded to the author of the text that “resigns”.
“Is there really the ‘high government official’, or is it just the failed New York Times with another false source?” Trump tweeted. “If the anonymous COBARDE does exist, the Times must, for reasons of National Security, deliver it to the Government once and for all,” he added. The New York Times said that it omitted the author’s name, an unpublished decision on the part of the newspaper, considering that publishing it would pose a threat to his position.
Does the so-called “Senior Administration Official” really exist, or is it just the Failing New York Times with another phony source? If the GUTLESS anonymous person does indeed exist, the Times must, for National Security purposes, turn him/her over to government at once!

Top officials would be frustrating Trump’s agenda
In his article, the author wrote about Trump’s “amorality” and behavior, including his “repetitive outbursts” and “half-baked, misinformed and sometimes imprudent” decisions. “The dilemma, which Trump does not fully understand, is that many of the top officials of his own administration are working diligently to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations,” the author said.
For his part, the president, during a meeting at the White House with dozens of deputies from all over the country, read on a sheet of paper some of the “achievements” he has achieved during his nearly two years in power, and argued that that makes what he has to say “anonymous person within the government, who is probably failing and probably here for the wrong reasons”.
“So the failed New York Times has an anonymous platform, can you believe it? Anonymous, which means cowardly, a cowardly tribune,” said Trump.
