- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp. fresh strawberries, chopped
- Combine fresh strawberries, banana, yogurt, peanut butter and milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with peanut butter and fresh slit strawberries for some pinks & reds.
