Ingredients:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Grated Cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Ice 6-8 cubes
  • Mint 5-6 leaves

*Please note sugar is optional

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend for 3 minutes on medium speed.
