Aiming to lift the ICC Champions’ Trophy for the first time, the Pakistan Cricket team continued to work hard and gel together in the pre-event training camp being held in Birmingham.

On Friday, the team underwent a long training session for around three hours, in which players did some targeted training.

“Players were given different targets during the training session in Edgbaston, batsman worked on their techniques, bowlers did work on adjusting themselves with white ball in English conditions,” the team’s spokesman told geo.tv from Birmingham.

The spokesman added that the fast bowler Mohammad Abbas, who stole the limelight during the Test series against West Indies, has been called to attend the camp as well.
