North Korean parliament holds annual session without Kim Jong-un

The North Korean news agency KCNA reported on Thursday (12.04.2018) that the session focused on budgetary issues, where the allocation to Defense remained almost unchanged, giving it 15.9 percent of the total national budget. Likewise, various changes that have taken place at the top level were discussed, such as the departure from the ever close to Kim Hwang Pyong-so, who left his position as vice president of the State Affairs Commission.
