Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a man of his words. The qualities, he possessed, made him a true leader. He lead Muslims of the sub-continent and finally through his endless effort and great leadership, Muslims got an independent country. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah took an oath as the first Governor General of Pakistan and strived to make it a better country. He was the leader, recognized for his leadership, all over the world. He possessed the attributes of a true figurehead, due to which, he was able to pull off such a big achievement; the formation of a free state.
ALL those who knew Quaid-i-Azam intimately, know very well that he did never crack a joke merely for the sake of raising a laugh. He was too self-controlling and disciplined a man to waste time on little things. One thing he valued most was, Time. Time, he knew, can never return. Shakespeare said: “Oh! Call back yesterday / bid time return”. But Quaid-i-Azam never had the need to do so. He used every minute of his life as carefully as he wanted to. Punctuality, keeping appointments and never wasting a moment was his second nature.
If our present leaders will follow Jinnah, in his footsteps, surely, they can make Pakistan, one of the developed and prosperous countries in the world.
- Man of his words
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the man of his words; never stepped back from what he said and always supported the right thing without his own interest. The evident fact is, contemporary political figures are only concern with their own benefits and don’t even realize the harm, they are causing to the nation by their false promises and hopes. They really need to walk in the footsteps of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, to become the true leaders.
- Dignity and self-respect
Our great leader never compromised over dignity. A small incident that occurred in the court of laws, when Quaid took out a monocle from his pocket, instead of bending to get the one that fell, shows that he valued self-respect. It’s the substantial lesson that our dear founding father gave us, everyone should follow it.
Personal life should never effect profession. Muhammad Ali Jinnah proved it on the demise of his wife. He got really sad but he did not let his feeling to ride over his work. This one is also a precious rule of his true leadership.
Muhammad Ali Jinnah had a great level of tolerance throughout his leadership. He had never let the cruel attitude of others, to effect his judgement. He was also in favour of tolerance towards the minorities and always showed respect towards them. He treated everyone equally.
- Hard Work
Hard work is the key to success. Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s life portrays the true picture of it. As it was through his endless effort and hard work that he got a separate homeland for the Indian Muslims. Our leaders need to work hard to achieve a high rank for our country.
Current Pakistani leadership lacks the qualities of competent leaders like Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, that is why we are facing such times of crisis. Our political leaders need to look up to the life of great leaders and should try to obey their golden rules of life.
