The Ecuadorian pilot Santiago Borja captures from the cockpit of his plane the beauty of the stormy world with which he lives daily as he travels the world.

Borja was born in Quito, lives in Ecuador and is a pilot of an international airline. His photos, which he initially shared on social networks, earned him followers in many countries and international awards.

The images of Borja were now collected in a book by the German publisher teNeus, which is simply titled: #The Stormpilot , (The storm pilot).

Santiago Borja shared some of his photos with BBC.
