Isaiah has never been able to pronounce a word or taste a mouthful. He was born without a jaw and with some of the organs on the opposite side from other people, but that has not prevented him from reaching his dreams.
This young Hispanic descendant suffers from a congenital condition called situs inversus , in which the visceral organs reverse or appear on the wrong side.
Life or death
Today, with 18 years, has become a kind of celebrity in the United States after launching several rap songs despite having no voice.
When Isaiah was born, his mother Tarah was told that the newborn had little chance of surviving.
“They told me that I would live in a prisoner , blind, deaf and unable to walk,” he told the BBC Outlook program.
The doctors raised a dilemma for the parents : to continue fighting for the child’s life or letting him die. They decided to go ahead but they warned him that it would not be more than a year later.
“If it were not for my mother I would not be here,” Isaiah told the BBC via text message, his favorite way of communicating since he can not speak.
But even to this day their survival is in danger , Tarah recalled.
“It’s very hard to think that he can die at any moment, doctors do not give us any guarantees and there are still risks because he has an open path in his lungs.”

“I was born loving the music, especially rap group 50 Cent, ” he told in Outlook.
Inspired by the lyrics of these songs , he started writing his own material.
“Phrases, poetry, feelings, it was a way of expressing myself and telling what I felt about the jokes of others.”
Isaiah suffered bullying at school but also on social networks.
“Receive comments of the type ‘your parents should be ashamed to have you, you should kill yourself ‘”, confessed the hurt mother.
This type of messages hurt her more than him, he acknowledged, that he knew how to get songs out of the experience.
It was through the hospital that treated him, the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, that Isaiah saw his dream come true.
They got in touch with rapper Trap House , originally from Phoenix (Arizona ) as Isaiah.
“At first I thought something like that could not be true but they left a phone number and I contacted him,” said Gucci Mane, the real name of the artist.
They both got along quickly and explored how Trap House could give him a voice.
“One of my biggest concerns was that the music did not sound like he imagined it, I did not want to make my song but his.”
The result was Oxygen to Fly (Oxygen to fly), the first song of this collaboration .
Millions of people have already seen the video of Isaiah and Trap House on Youtube and have had several performances in places as prominent as Hollywood.
