Two wounded in Berlin cathedral shooting


Berlin Cathedral was today (03.06.2018) cordoned off after a shooting inside the temple between a man and police forces, with a provisional balance of two injured, according to the Der Spiegel.

According to that medium, one of the injured is a policeman, who previously shot a man who apparently had altered the order within the tempo.

A strong police contingent patrol the vicinity of the temple, reported a spokeswoman for the German Police, without specifying more details of what happened and waiting for clarification of the situation.

The shooting took place in the protestant cathedral of Berlin, located in the monumental center of the German capital and next to the so-called Museum Island, one of the points of greatest tourist influx in the city.
