Pakistani boxer Muhammad Waseem on Sunday topped the World Boxing Council rating for the top flyweight boxers.
Muhammad Waseem is at top of the table following by Mexico’s Francisco Rodriguez Jr..
Great Britain’s Andrew Selby is placed at third place.
Japanese boxers Toshiyuki Igarashi and Takuya Kogawa are at fourth and fifth place respectively.
Waseem, speaking on the achievement, said that it was an honour for him to top the rankings.
“It is successful to be at the top spot in professional boxing,” he added.
He went on to say that he has an important fight in Panama on 5th July.
