Electric carmaker Tesl is recalling 11 thousand Model X sport utility vehicles worldwide, due to a faulty locking mechanism in rear seats that raise the risk of the seats falling forward in a crash. Tesla said that a small number of cables in the second row fold-flat seats in some Model X vehicles. Those cars were manufactured between October 28th, 2016 and August 16th, 2017. The Elon-Musk led company said about three percent of the recalled vehicles may have the issue, which was detected during internal testing.
