West Indies had batted the fourth day at Barbados off in a classical test style. Holding of Pakistan and scoring here and there, the host were all set at 197 for 4, with a satisfying lead of 100 plus and a defiant lunch session, it seemed like slipping away from Pakistan. At stumps, that is 25 overs later, the West Indies had slumped to 264 for 9, with Yasir Shah once again showing his master class.

This is Yasir’s ninth 5 wicket haul as he closed the day with six wickets and a sorry West Indies, who had done everything perfect to see this off till tea. The host now lead by 183 runs and a have wicket left. Until Pakistan does not go funny, and a whole day of cricket left, this could be Pakistan’s victory making it Green Shirts first ever series win in the Caribbean.

Yasir Shah accounted for Brathwaite (43), Hope (90), Chase (23), Dowrich (2), Holder (1), and Jospeh (7). Muhammad Amir returned with a solo, while the young Abbas 2 for 57, as Misbah relied on only four bowlers with Shadab going luckless.

The other highlight of the day was Younis Khan’s superman style catch at slip, surprising Brathwaite and almost everyone. Younis has till now taken 8 catches in the series bringing his total tally of catches in test at 133.
