Former Chairman of Fisheries Harbor Authority Nisar Morai was arrested in Islamabad on Thursday.
Nisar Morai has been accused for having close links with Lyari gang war operatives and suspects of the Safoora incident.
Furthermore, Morai has also been accused of embezzlement in state treasury.
