Seven terrorists were killed in an alleged police encounter at Sharaqpur road in Sheikhupura late on Tuesday night.
Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) sources said a gang of at least 12 terrorists were making their way to Sharqpur when exchange of fire took place.
Seven terrorists were killed in the shootout while five other managed to flee taking advantage of the darkness.
