13m Pfizer vaccines ready to be delivered to Pakistan

Pfizer Pakistan has made the agreement for the country to sign for receiving 13m doses of this American vaccine. The contract was signed between National Disaster Manage­ment Authority (NDMA) and Pfizer Pakistan for the supply of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine (BNT162b2).

In a statement, Pfizer Pakistan Country Manager Syed Mohammad Wajeeh­uddin said that feels honored to work with the government of Pakistan. He added that they are grateful that their manufacturing resources are consumed for the shared goal i.e. to supply COVID-19 vaccines to Pakistanis as soon as possible.

By the end of this year, Pfizer and BioNTech have decided to manufacture over 3 million doses of vaccines all over the world.
