The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has made its decision to allow citizens that fall into the age bracket of 40 and more to get vaccinated now. Around 12 million people fall into this range of 40 to 50 years old who are now allowed to get vaccinated by the government. Moreover, a walk-in vaccination facility is available for citizens above 50 years.
Asad Umar, the Minister for Planning and Development took his Twitter to explain to the nation that people over 40 years will have to register themselves for vaccination and the registration starts from 26.4.2021.
Meanwhile, religious scholars are determined to enforce proper SOPs and encourage the people of the country to follow them at all costs.
