The Sindh High Court and all other lower courts started functioning following a sharp reduction in coronavirus cases.
According to details, the courts started hearing civil and criminal cases as well as constitutional petitions on Tuesday. In the Sindh High Court, the cases are being heard by eight 2-member benches and a single bench by other judges.
Lawyers and petitioners can turn to the courts for pursuing their cases with proper SOPs in place.
Ten months ago, due to the pandemic of the coronavirus, all courts in Sindh had stopped working except taking urgent and highly important cases.
