COVID-19 positivity rate lowers down to 0.64%

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has shared the data of the positivity rate of the virus in Pakistan. The lowest rate of the number of infections is reported in the span of 14 days. The positivity rate has dropped by 0.64% reporting 216 affected people in the last 24 hours.

Earlier in August, 213 cases have been reported of the infection and six infected individuals have succumbed to death. The number of active cases has reached 22,626 as 1,141 patients have been hospitalized and 116 ventilator cases have been reported.
