The Health Expert Committee of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has approved Chinese vaccines for children aged 12 to 18. NCOC confirmed this news with the official account that Sinopharm and Sinovac will be used for children over 12 from November 15. These vaccines will now be available along with the approved Pfizer for children.
Moreover, the World Health Organization has okayed both the Chinese vaccines for emergencies used in adults aged 18 and above as both vaccines are used in many countries all around the world. Earlier, China became the first country to administer these jabs for young children.
