Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Asad Umar has made the announcement that the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has allowed the vaccination of children aged 12 and above. According to Umar, a special drive will run for the vaccination of children at schools to make it easier for them to get vaccinated. The government has recently allowed citizens aged 17 and above to get vaccinated.
Earlier, NCOC had warned that non-vaccinated people would be facing restrictions from October 1st especially the air travelers. Pakistan has administered 79,531,641 doses.
