Pakistan starts vaccine registrations for aged 19 and above

The registration for the coronavirus vaccine for people aged 19 and over has started today. Asad Umar, the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) chief had already announced this decision on his Twitter account. He also mentioned that these vaccines are available for the general public and have been approved by health professionals.

Previously, the registration had opened for aged 30 and above and the government was planning to open it to the masses of the aged under 30 as well. Umar mentioned that the vaccine supplies have continued to improve day by day. Moreover, for citizens of age 40 to 49, walk-in vaccination has been approved.

With the help of the digital portal, citizens can get themselves registered and go to the designated vaccination centre they have been allotted.
