PM Khan Invites Bahrain Premier to Visit Pakistan

Prime Minister Imran Khan invited Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa to visit Pakistan in a meeting that took place on the sidelines of the Middle East Green Initiative Summit. During the meeting, the two leaders talked discussed the developments in Afghanistan and cooperation on several sectors that require their attention. The Crown Prince expressed resolve to PM Khan’s invite and agreed that Pakistan and Bahrain are on the same page to build strong bilateral ties.

During the discussion, Imran Khan stated that Pakistan and Bahrain are pleased to share a deep-rooted and historic relationship and emphasized enhancing the bilateral relationship at the highest level. The Crown Prince appreciated that Pakistan is committed to upgrading its ties in all spheres.

While speaking on the Afghanistan development, the two leaders said that ensuring peace and providing humanitarian assistance to the war-torn country is the need of the hour to establish long-lasting progress.
