
01 September, 2022: Emergency Response teams of the Pakistan Air Force are assisting civil administration in rescue and relief efforts in the flood-affected areas of Naltar Valley, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan, and South Punjab. Air Vice Marshal Zafar Aslam, SI(M), Air Officer Commanding Central Air Command, inspected the PAF Flood Relief Camp at Rajanpur district and expressed satisfaction with the relief efforts being provided by PAF teams. In the last 24 hours, PAF teams have distributed 5570 Cooked Food Packs, 1260 water bottles, and 2314 Ration Packs consisting of basic food commodities amongst needy families. Moreover, in addition to the provision of free food and shelter, 787 patients were also attended to by the medical teams of the Pakistan Air Force in field medical camps of PAF. Relief and Rehabilitation operations are in progress.
