As of 29 June, the United Arab Emirates will not receive passengers from Pakistan until a separate COVID-19 laboratory is set up to test them, the civil aviation authority said

The decision also extends to transit flights originating in Pakistan, where there is a significant rise in the number of incidents, said the General Civil Aviation Authority in a statement carried on state media.

Dubai state carrier Emirates had already said it was suspending flights from Pakistan effective June 24.
