The National Command and Operation Centre has decided to close the vaccination centres for adults on the first three Eid days. The result of which will be that around 450,000 people will not be receiving first and second doses of COVID-19 vaccines that duration.

Eid holidays will be observed in the country from May 10 to May 15. The purpose behind five days’ holidays is to confine the public to their homes and cut down the mobility of people. NCOC has also issued the guideline of Eid SOPs “Stay Safe Stay Home”

Moreover, 150,00 people are getting vaccinated in the country with their first and second doses every day. AVCs will remain open from the fourth day of Eid with the availability of the staff and administration.
