It further develops the sense of making better decisions as you don’t let the subconscious mind control your actions.

2) EXERCISE

 

Start with small, set a time and exercise every day. Focus on making it a habit rather than focusing on the results and outcome. Exercise increase the blood flow in one’s body which raises the oxygen level and it helps to eliminate heart deceases

3) EAT CLEAN

You can only change patterns if you’re aware of them and for clean eating, you need to track your eating patterns first. A clean eating plan can help you to be more productive and it overall boosts your health. It emphasis more on self-cooked food than junk and processed food. Slash the sugar and oil out of your life (don’t cut it out all at once) replace it with something healthier.

4) SMILE

Smile more. A smile should be a restless activity. If you ever feel down or depressed close your eyes for a minute and smile. This forced smile eases your heart and makes you feel better and happy. It moreover relaxes you when you are not genuinely happy and improves your mood. And smile creates good vibes around you and people consider you a positive person.

5) WRITE A JOURNAL

Writing a journal helps you to connect with yourself, you reflect, think about your overall day, sort out about how you felt and write all of it down. It clears the ambiguity in your head and you are all set to make your other day better.
