Pakistani swimmer Bisma Khan has made the country proud as she has ranked 56th out of 81 swimmers in 50 meter freestyle in Tokyo Olympics 2020. However, determined to bring the gold medal home, the swimmer has dropped out of the Games.
In the Heat 5 of the women’s 50-meter freestyle event, Bisma Khan completed 7th out of 8 athletes which make her overall rank to be 56 out of 81. The 19-year-old swimmer lost with a margin of 1.44 seconds and recorded 3.76 seconds in total in her heat. Throughout the tournament, she improved her performance conquered her personal best record of 2.790 seconds.
The swimmer has dropped out but she has won the hearts of millions. Khan will be flying back to Pakistan on Friday.
