Ishant Sharma fined 65pc of his match fees for misconduct

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has fined Indian paceman Ishant Sharma with 65 per cent of his match fees for giving send-offs to Sri Lankan players Lahiru Thirimanne and Dinesh Chandimal in the second Test.

Furthermore, three Sri Lankan players Thirimanne, Chandimal and paceman Dhammika Prasad ave also been charged with code of conduct breaches for an animated altercation with Ishant.
