Australia introduces new laws for digital payment via Apple and Google

The government of Australia has started to consider new laws that make strict the regulations of the digital payment services by Apple and Google. According to the treasurer, Josh Frydenberg he is seriously considering recommendations from the government-commissioned report of the changes in the payment system with the help of technology.

Considering the current scenario, apps such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WeChat Pay by China, the payment platforms have progressed but they have been assigned as the proper payment system which is why they are out of the regulations.
