A Pakistan ed-tech startup ‘Maqsad’ has successfully raised $2.1 million in the pre-seed funding stage with the goal to create a mobile-only platform to educate 100 million students after school. The startup has been founded by a duo of childhood friends including Rooshan Aziz and Taha Ahmed.
Maqsad will conduct quizzes and other gaming features that will showcase a personalized learning experience to the learners. The mission of the startup is to offer talented Pakistani individuals a platform to use a tool they need to succeed in their exams and beyond. Bringing together world-class products with the top talent is one of the motives of Maqsad.
