On Thursday, the ban on the video-sharing app has been lifted for the second time by The Peshawar High Court (PHC). A strict warning against immoral, vulgar, and questionable content has been issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority.
In a tweet by the PTA, it was clearly stated that the management of the app has to be extremely careful with the kind of videos on it. The DG PTA confirmed that the issue has been discussed with the app’s administration and they have taken aboard a focal person who will be taking care of the content being uploaded on Tiktok.
Previously, TikTok was made inaccessible on March 11, 2021 due to the distasteful content.
