
South Korea has decided to fine Google $177 million for blocking smartphone creators like Samsun from using their operating systems. This is considered one of the biggest anti-trust penalties. On the other hand, Google has also decided to challenge the fine and accused South Korea of disrespecting how the software policy has proved to be of great importance for hardware partners and consumers.
Recently, being the first country to adopt these regulations, the country has made announcements of telecommunication to keep the apps like Google and Apple from asking for smartphone users to offer payment with the in-app purchasing systems.
